vista bsod vaio laptop vgn-nr498 bsod

on safe mode with networking computer is lovely and fine and never crashes, no bsod or anything
when i restart and run in normal mode
it takes a cpl of min till i get the bsod saying that some driver attemted to corrupt the system
the message does not say which driver of course
but the message at the bottom says STOP : 0x000000C4

i tried deleting the video driver and dvd driver and all scanners and cam drivers and restarted and the same problem occurs
system as i mentioned in the topic description is vaio vgn-nr498E

when i try to install the mem dump debugger it crashes ... i dont get enough time to install ... and it does not install in safe mode

would appreciate any help
