bf2 staticmesh error

i have windows vista and i keep getting this message : StaticMesh.fx(2): error X1507: failed to open source file i have tried uninstall and reinstall and still get this message please help if you can thanks

Do you have the latest patch for the game? Are you running any mods? Have you tried uninstalling the game, deleting the folder, and reinstalling?
