so, a couple of days ago (actually a lot of days ago) i posted that i was getting all of the dialogs in ie to show up after running combofix... and after a longer period of testing, i've come to a conclusion where there are a LOT of dialogs of a LOT of applications showing up on the taskbar when they shouldn't. From SQL Server Management Studio, to Internet Explorer, also Dreamweaver (color picker shows up as a window on the taskbar)... any ideas on how that happened? i know it's not IE as i first thought, but probably one of windows settings

you also should back up ANYTHING you want to save.

combofix is a very POWERFUL tool that can mess your system up REAL bad (if you dont know how to use it)

so back up and be prepared for worse case sinerio (sorry about spelling)

good luck
