I have recently been plaing the game Empire : Total War, on the campaign mode. On the second mission, you are tasked to capture Louisburg to advance to the next step (usually reveals a part of the map). When I captured Louisburg, it asks you to capture Montreal and Quebec. However, no portion of the map is revealed, and when I click on the "Show Location" button in the objectives menu, it shows a blank area on the edge of one of my towns. Is this suppossed to happen, or is it a glitch?

You should check on the games forums to see if others are having similar problems. There may also be patches for the game that fix the problem.

Scuttlebutt has it that the game is extremely buggy. As Sterling14 says, be sure to check for authorised patches.

I have the same problem too on Empire. I think it isn't really a glitch.
