I'm having a big problem with my computer (Vista Home Premium)

For about a week, when I start my computer I get one of three things:

1: Normal boot, no problems (Happens 33% of the time)

2: After entering password, hangs the "Welcome" screen (33% of the time)

3: Boots up, but the desktop looks broken and is unresponsive (33% of the time)

I've scanned with Bitdefender, MBAM, and SAS

I've run SCANDISK (or whatever it is)

System Restore doesn't help.

Help me out guys

PS: I'll post a HJT log if requested
