Hi Bleeping Computer,
I have a setup, which I am finding kinda interesting.
Here is the Specs
Laptop
Asus F7 Series
Intel T8100 Duo 2.1Ghz
2Gb Ram
OS Vista Home Prem
Wireless / Wired - Realtek RTL8168B/8111B Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
Desktop
Lenovo
Intel Dual CPU E2140 1.6Gh
2Gb Ram
OS Vista Home Prem
Wired Connection 100Mb Broadcom Netlink GigBit Ethernet
I have run tests on both the machines, (wired and wireless on laptop) with speedtest.net, zdnet.com.au and both resulting in Laptop being significantly slower Line Speed and Download Speed.
Ping Test results in the same speeds.
Any Ideas why browsing the net is slower on the laptop over the desktop.
