Hi guys
I recently recived a new comp for my birthday
yay and well i borrowed a external hard drive from a friend to transfer all my old programs over and well i tranfered my steam games (css and TF2) i copied all of the files from steam in my program files and put them on the harddrive This worked fine then i put them on my new comp (vista) and tryed to open one of the games and it just didnt work for me i dont want to have to install steam and both the games via the net as it will max my downloads and my parents will get grumpy if we drop to dial up speed lol.
What should i do
