BleepingComputer.com: Motherboard and Case wiring

I bought someone's used HP m7680n and the case was way too small to do any upgrading. So i'm taking the pc parts motherboard and all and putting it into this other custom case. Everything is moved but the problem is the wiring of the case and the motherboard pins, i can't figure out what pins go where so that i can power the pc up. here is a diagram i made of the pc wiring and the motherboard's pins.

Pretty straight forward.
The "key" to the wiring is the "missing" pin on the motherboard connectors

Starting with the top row that only has 4 pins
Put the M/B switch connector on the 2 pins to the right in the picture
Put the PWR LED wires on the 2 pins on the upper left.
[If the light doesn't come on simply switch which pins the 2 wires are on.
Be sure the computer is OFF before connecting/disconnecting any wires]

On the bottom row with 5 pins
Put the reset connector on the 2&3 pins from the right
[When connected it should be even with the M/B switch connector with 1 bare pin to the right of it]
Put the HDD LED connector to the 2 pins to the left of the reset sonnector.

alright after doing that, i plugged the power supply up, flip the switch and when i press the power button the cpu fan spins briefly for about a second then stops, any idea what that could be?

the cmos clr pins were kinda bent when my friend was trying to take the motherboard out so maybe the jumper isnt giving it a good connestion...could that be the problem?
