BleepingComputer.com: USB closing

i work in an office
there is some computer
and any computer have a 6 usb device
i want close 5 of them
and just one ready for use
how is there any way to do this
hardwaring or softwaring way

is there any way to block flash memory?
means:
i do a way in system which system after that could not recognition flash memory
and ready for another device same web came and ....
how can i do this?
