BleepingComputer.com: Luxor

I really enjoy this game, but the thing I can't get past is: I get up to stage 6-5 and can't get past it. I really don't like the way this game works for 1 reason: When I can't get past the level 5 it sends me all the way back to 6-1. I wish that it would let you keep working with the 5 level.

Does anyone out there know of a game that is like this one but will not take you all the way back to the start of that stage?
