several times when i restart my computer, i get a blue screen saying: STOP: c0000219 (fatal system error} the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000006 (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.
also, whenever i try to save a file, or access my hard drive at all, it takes about a full minute to do so, and i believe its my hard drive that starts making noises, in 3 'bursts' (deee doo dee). every so often it just locks up when trying to save files, or view files on the internet. this is the stuff i have already done:

Go to the support site of your hard drive's manufacturer.
In their download section there will be a diagnostic tool you can download and run to see what shape the hard drive is in

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
