I right clicked the desktop and accidentially right clicked on NVIDIA Contorl Panel and I can not close it and it had only 2 options, standard and advanced. I have not chosen either as it looks suspicous and I noticed when searching NVIDIA Contorl Panel hijack log forum are shown.

I have Vista.

Thank you

This does not sound like a malware related issue that I am aware of. I have not used NVIDIA on a pc in a long time so I don't know much about the new control panel. I will move this topic to a more appropriate forum.

If no one else responds, check with NVIDIA Support or at their
Hardware forum.

Sven,

Thank you and thanks to everyone else also.

I deleted the registry key for the option when right clicking on the desktop. Should I go and find it on the control panel and pick advanced?

Thanks

Also, one of the reasons I was suspicious was the Bleepingcomputer page: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/n...2.exe-3818.html

Thanks again.
