I am new and would like some help please Problems with Parental Controls on Vista

I am having trouble using parental controls for each of my children. I have sent parental controls for one, but I keep receiving the error "Unable to make changes to parental control settings. If this problem persists, see your system administrator" error when I attempt to change the other child's controls.

I am the administrator. Can someone help me figure out what the problem is?
