I would like to start writing news/blog/articles at my own websites, so that users/readers would be able to post comments.

I am not able to code this by myself, BUT I hoped you could suggest some ready-made code/software for this, that I could embed to my websites.

Any suggestions/experience with this?

You can use wordpresses other free service which includes free hosting:

Or Blogspot is pretty good.

If you want a free domain, I suggest co.cc

If you decide to use your own hosting in the end for more options/configurability, I recomment byethost

Faster servers and fastastico installer makes installing wordpress a breeze. Both free and paid hosting plans

.co.cc is not free domain. It is subdomain. The main domain being www.co.cc. They would give you subdomain like duped.co.cc
People think it is something like co.uk but its not.

Interesting. Co.cc has 822 ratting on Alexa. A fairly popular domain.

First, does it mean that your subdomain content with co.cc would get higher on google compared to a standard domain? I did some checks, and it seems subdomains at co.cc behave same way as domains with regards to google search

Second. such guys just give you free subdomain, but you need your own webhosting, or do they also provide free webhosting?

Anyway: keep posting suggestions for free domains, free webhosting :-) That could be useful at some point.
