Hello, I believe I accidentally deleted my TEMP folder trying to clear up some space on my C drive. Now whenever I try to download anything, it goes to the temporary internet files folder, but after the download is complete the box goes away and nothing happens. How can I fix this so I will be able to download things again. I have Windows Vista. Please help.
