DLBTCATS Can someone tell me what it is?

FIXED

So I was going through my MSCONFIG today, and I noticed something weird...

In your startup registry keys, you may notice an entry for DLBTCATS with a file name DLBTtime.dll - this is not spyware.
This entry is a driver and monitor for Dell photo printers, usually the Dell Photo AIO Printer 922. If you have a Dell photo printer, leave this entry alone.

However, if you do not have such a printer, you may remove it.

I used to have a dell printer, but now I'll disable it.
