Programe deletion what files shouldn't I delete.

I have no space at all left on my C drive.. I'm defraging it now.... But i was going to wype the drive but i dont know if the pc has its reboot disc cause i dont.
I was given this pc but the previous owner didn't have the disc i think ....

What files should I keep on my pc so that i can free up space but not have to buy another pc intirely.

I don't know how many times i've done the disc clean up but i'm sure its over the thousands and yet it's only mangaed to clear some space to give me like 1 gb space and then it fils up again.

Hi, what is the size of C:? what programs do you have installed on your PC that you do not use? If you are not sure go to C: Program Files and make alist of what you do not use.
