BleepingComputer.com: Real player help

First a little background info. My wife and I are the "administrators" of our pc. Our daughter also has a "side" for her stuff. I went to update the real player this morning, and everything was going fine. It seemed to be deleating the old player. But, when it started installing the new player, it said that I dont have adminstraitive rights to windows regristry. I thought that was odd, so I tried on my wifes "side", same message. Just for laughs, I tried my daughters "side", no luck there either. So, if I dont have the rights, and nobody else on the pc has the rights, who does? And why dont I have the rights? And how do I get them back?
