PC not recognizing Hard Drive after moving SATA cables over to 3rd and 4th SATA Ports?

I just switched my ATI Raedeon 3850 to Nivida GTX 285 Superclcoked Edition and replaced my 500W Earthwatt with a OCZ 700W power supply. My GTX 285 blocks the 2 SATA ports where my SATA cables were plugged in, I moved them over and it booted from CD so I changed boot frequency and now I get some errors, In this order...

PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F (or MOF): Exiting Intel Boot agent
DISK BOOT FAILURE. INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

so I mvoed my plgus over to the 3rd and 4th and now ti doesnt recognize the disk. I don't know what to do without formatting, I want to keep the data and have it just like it was but if I need to format it will be alright.

Please help me out. I have Norton Ghost installed on another Pc and told I needed to rebuild the Array or something but I dont understand.

Edit: The forth IDe thing is showing my hard drive I think but its sitll not connecting, Maybe ti needs to be mvoed to Primary but I don't know wtf

Edit: I also forgot to add the first time it cmae up with something weird

EMT ( I think) MAC ADDR: (Than a bunch of numbers) GUID and a bunch of FF's
and than some weird / lookign things turnign under DHCP: than some strange error messasge No Boot Filename Recieved I believe.

Those PXE comments indicate that the system is trying to boot from the NIC...might check the current boot order/options.

What's your computer model, motherboard id?

Does bios say anything about a secondary sata? enable?

I would also consider the possibility of a failing CMOS battery, since the BIOS does not seem to be acting properly at all.

Turns out when the guys at the computer store put in the new power supply they knocked the SATA cable going into the hard drive out, Thanks guys.
