hi

i need to access one system on one network from other system on different network
can any one tell me how i need to proceed and procedure for it.

Without knowing more information about your needs, it will be very hard to help you.

For example, what Operating Systems do the machines use? What sort of firewall(s) (if any) are in place. What sort of access is required?

These are just a few of the details needed.

Well you could turn on Remote Desktop, you could use telnet, or ftp, or ssh... Depends on what you are needing to do and what exceptions are in place or are you willing to put in place...
