Help
Hi Folks,
My AVG tells me that my e-mail scanner is not connected,and i get an error message:- Installer failed to initialize due to the following error:- internal error Dialog with iD "Win FW deactivation dialog was not found in this setup" Could this mean
that i have a file missing in Int/Exp ? If so how do i replace same? I am running Win/Xp3,Home Ed !! Could someone advise please ?

Uninstall/reinstall should solve the problem

If you downloaded the setup from internet, download it again. Also try disabling Windows FW manually before installing.
