Pay attention to the first warning text.
You will probably have to contact Dell

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

When I do the slui 4.exe and try to activate it, it gives me 3 options. I recently had my HDD replaced too.

the 3 options are:
Buy a new product key online
Type a differnet key
Contact dell

When I select the last option it doesn't give me a number...or anyway to call.

Choose: call Technical support
http://support.dell.com/support/topics/glo...nki=0&s=gen
You will need to know your Service tag number. It will be on a sticker, underneath a barcode
For a laptop, it will be on the bottom and for a tower, it will be on the back
I am not sure if this is a free call. It should be
