I need help on my laptop. When I turn it on i keep getting a SAS window: winlogon.exe error, in the window it says "the instruction at "0x77fa9590" reference memory at "0x77fa9590". The required data was not placed into memory of an I/O error status of "0xc000009c"." im not sure what this means because I don't know all this tech stuff but when i click ok or cancel it shows another window that says winlogon.exe - application error the instruction at "0x001fd406" referenced memory at "0x001fd406". the memory could not be read. What ever I do like click ok, cancel, or nothing the screen goes blue and says
STOP: C000021A {FATAL SYSTEM ERROR}
THE WINDOWS LOGIN PROCESS SYSTEM PROCESS TERMINATED UNEXPECTANTLY WITH A STATUS OF
0XC0000005 (OX00000000 0X00000000).
THE SYSTEM HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN
