Black box opens and closes quickly? To quick to see, every 3 mintues and resources running high

My resources are running high and this window Black opens and closes very quick. I can't see it and I'm trying to get a print screen, so far no luck.
I run TrendMicro Internet Security and ran another scan it found nothing. Any ideas what this is, virus or something else?
