My Windows Media won't minimize Minimize to a cool player thing

I have a problem with my window player won't minimize to its cool thing on the tool bar and i don't know how to fix it or find the setting to change it?

I fixed the problems seems like someone was playing a trick they sort of right clicked my tool bar area(blue thing) went to toolbars and unchecked my window media player. So thanks for the help garmanma.
