i recently bought this game and when i click on play it says "this application has failed to start because BB_support.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"
I tried reinstalling quite a few times but i think its something to do with my pc because i always get messages titled "crgm.exe Bad Image" saying "The application or DLL c:\windows\winmm.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette"
Im using a valid copy of windows xp home edition, but weve needed to re-install windows several times.
Please help someone!

what version of directx do you have on your machine?

just go to start --> run --> dxdiag (press enter)

and in that screen that pops up it will say what version... like 8 or 9...
and it will look something like this:

if it is not 9c you might have to reinstall directx.
the download is availble here:
Microsoft's DirectX homepage

hope this helps,
