Two BSOD errors

0x0000007 happens like everytime i shut down
050 (?) happens randomly

I want to update my motherboad, but don't know how

I want to test my ram, but memtest 86 is difficult to understand.

Do you mean update the chipset driver?
If this is a retail computer, we need to know the make and model number, in its entirety
If this is custom-built, we need to know the make and model number of the motherboard
