I have got a folder in my User Profile in Vista marked "Favorites" and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I've tried hiding it, moving its location in its 'Properties' section, even tried finding it in the registry to delete it. I think it might be an IE thing but I use Firefox exclusively. I've attached a photo of it - can anybody help me? It's really annoying me!

Have you tried taking control of it? Right click, go to properties then users then advanced and give yourself more control. see if that helps.
