BleepingComputer.com: WIndows wireless service not running on this computer

I cant get to my CD/DVD drives, online with my wireless connection (in home network), or use WORD. I have located teh problem, a Malware program showoing up as "winupgro.exe" In c:/UsersScott/AppData/Roaming/drivers/winupgro.exe. It wont let me delete it and I know by my NORTON records that it changes 3 entries on drivers. Norton doent see theis thing but it will tell me it blocks
Hacktoll.Rootlit evertime I restart the computer.

I have COMBOFIX on my desktop ready to go but I am concerned becasue I am not computer guy. It says dont use with direction. I need help to walk me through COMBOFIX or something else to take care of this Malware, Please.

Please create a new topic explaining the nature of your problem in the Am I infected? What do I do? forum. Describe pop-ups and system tray or desktop icons that have appeared. Explain what is "going wrong" with your computer. Note any tools you have used and their respective results.
