BleepingComputer.com: Why will it not remove it

I have a Brother MFC-7220 all in one. The printer is working fine, but the scanner has stopped scanning, it won't recognize the programs that I use to convert the scanned items. I have went to the website and downloaded the drivers on there, I have used the disk that came with it to repair files, nothing works to repair it. I decided to remove my printer and reinstall it, I go to add and remove and it pops up with a box that says:

when I close that box another box comes up that says:

Install Shield Wizard
Setup has experienced an error
Error Code: -5001


WHAT DOES IT MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX IT?

you can use REVOUNINSTALLER and try to uninstall your printer driver software. it is very help for uninstall from registry also.
just search in google as REVOUNINSTALLER. it is easily available on net free.
