I'm having trouble with Outlook Express and was wondering if someone could help me out. When I open Outlook Express and log in it says Checking for new messages......Receiving messages 3 of 35. But gets stuck there. It will not open message number three OR continue with the other messages. I have tried to reboot......shut down Outlook Express and reopen....I even did a virus scan and NOTHING came up. Can someone tell me if I can delete message number 3 so I can continue to download the rest of the messages? And if so how?

Sounds like message 3 is quite large. Probably contains a large attachment. Do you have a webmail account with your service provider. That's probably the best way to get rid of message number 3. -log into your webmail, and delete the message.
Your service provider likely has instructions on logging in if you are unsure.

Hope that helps,
JC
