Automatically extend desktop to second monitor when connected?

Is there a way to do this? I want it to automatically extend my desktop onto the second monitor when I connect it without any prompts... I have UltraMon installed, but was unable to find any options for this.

Help.

Yes. you can drag your mouse screen to screen too
I don't remember the name offhand. It's at
