Is there a way I can recover an email folder that I accidentally deleted from the side tray ?

I really need it !

I went to delete what I thought was the first message in the folder and some how I made the mistake of not readying the, . Are you sure pop up and clicked yes, I then noticed I deleted the entire folder,

What email program are you using? I am using the Outlook 2003. -- It has a Deleted Items folder that you can recover messages from.

I'm using MS Outlook Express 6, No it is not in the deleted items file nor is it in the recycle bin,

these are the folders on the left that you move your regular emails to to file into seperate folders, I accidentally deleted the folder.

Its gone by-by !!

I recall that in at least one previous post, you mention Outlook Express.
If you still use OE, open it up.
On the side bar, highlight then click on Local Folders.
Under Deleted Items, you should see the folder listed.
RIGHT click on the folder, then click Add to Outlook Bar.
You'll now see it under DELETED on the sidebar.
Drag your folder to Inbox, drop it there.
It should now be restored.

If you have already emptied your Deleted folder, it won't be there.
