BleepingComputer.com: pop up malware muriwolo

Hi there,
i contracted a virus on the internet. I ran avg which helped a lot but did not erase everything. I search the internet and found combofix which I ran (did not know it was not required) and found bleeping computer. I want to know if I am now out of trouble, the computer seems to work fine but it happened before and then it came back. here is my dds and I enclosed combofix given it is already done.

Please create a new topic explaining the nature of your problem in the Am I infected? What do I do? forum. Describe pop-ups and system tray or desktop icons that have appeared. Explain what is "going wrong" with your computer. Note any tools you have used and their respective results.
