Error Message When Trying To Save Can Not Find Location

I was trying to save something, and I got an error messge (shown in the pic below) that said it could not find the location. Lately, I've been getting this message when trying to save things, and if I just hit okay and save it anyway, it will appear in the list later. I'm not saving to a disc or anything either. In the address bar at the top of the save screen it will be empty, but on the side panel there will be a list of folders and saved things. What is this error message about, and more importantly, how can I fix it?
