project ideas please....

I am sitting in vb class for 3 hours today....don't ask!

I need a project that isn't too hard, but that will last me all period...

Im using vb 6.0, and need some ideas....

any help is greatly appreciated...

Sorry I've only just noticed this post. We don't get many VB6 users on here.

As Romeo suggests a Tic Tac Toe game (Nought's & Crosses) is the easiest one to make.

The best VB site on the web for downloading any type of app is PSC, there are thousands of games on there.

There are loads of VB6 forums that only work with VB6, do a web search. I'm a user on 30 of them. :thumbsup:

Wow! 30 VB6 forums! How do you manage? I have stopped doing VB6 code now. But I used to goto PSC, vbaccelerator, vbcode etc.

I manage because there are only 4 good ones on the web.

PSC and vbaccelerator support VB.Net as well as other languages. :flowers:

vbaccelerator was last updated in 2004. And on PSC I don't see anyone upload some serious code now. What I see is mostly newbies uploading stuff like how to print in hex format etc.

There is also xtreme vb talk, there pritty good, they have .net and vb 4/5/6
