BleepingComputer.com: Stop: C000021a Fatal System Error...

Hello, I need help fixing my computer! When I turn it on, it appears to boot fine; the XP thing runs and seemingly goes on with no problems. A few moments later, a black screen comes up like it normally does, but then my computer makes a sort of weird sound as if it were going into sleep mode but still on, and then a blue screen appears with these words: Stop:c000021a Fatal System Error. The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000139 (0x00000000) (0x00000000). The system has been shut down. I am using a Dell Dimension E310 and Windows Xp. I think I have Media Center Edition, but I may have professional. This happend on March 21, 2009 and I was using Microsoft Office Word 2007. I turned my computer off by the power button, and turned it backed on. When I did so, I was greeted with this problem. I am currently using my Ps3 to type this (It's quite tedious). Please help if you can!

Try to enter in windows Safe mode and try to restore your computer last date. because it might be problem in Windows.

I cannot access safe mode as it takes me to the same screen that has the error.
