Hi
For the past few days, I have been having severe laptop problems. DaChew has been helping me trying to get rid of some horrible viruses.
Here is the link where you can see what has been going on with logs posted from MalwareBytes, GMER, etc.

Unfortunately, the virus will not delete despite Malware successfully removing the Trojans. They reappear.
I have to reformat my laptop. I have never reformatted a computer before. Plus, this laptop came pre-installed with Vista and I do not have the discs for it.
Can someone please provide step-by-step instructions as to how to format my laptop?
Thank you.

What is the make and model of the laptop and did it come with a set of recovery CD's?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
