I have a Zyxel NWD-370n wireless NIC card. I attempted to install it on XP with the drivers that came on the CD, but kept receiving errors. Figured it was a bad PC since i tried another identical card and had same issue. Tried using drivers from Zyxel website, only didn't realize they were for Vista. Took the hard drive out of that computer and put it into another identical PC. Now every time i try to install the XP drivers from the CD, it asks me for a file that was located in the Vista drivers folder. anyone know how to fix this? I have used this card in many of the same PCs and never ran into an issue before. I did 3 others right before this and it went without a hitch.

Thanks in advance

Hi .

You can try Windows Installer Utility - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;290301

You might also do this to remove unnecessary driver clutter, How to uninstall hidden devices, drivers, and services - Tech-Recipes.com - http://www.tech-recipes.com/windows_instal...on_tips504.html

I have tried both of those already. I ended up re-imaging the hard drive with the problem and it installed fine.
