am i better with 1 gig DDR400 CL3 or 1.5 gig DDR266 CL2.5?

Asrock P4S55FX+
Socket 478 Pentium 4/Celeron
533/800FSB
4 DDR slots
5 PCI slots
1 AGP 8x/4x
2 SATA 150
RAID 0/1/JBOD

...thats all i know off the top of my head so hopefully thats all u need
