I sincerely doubt it. I know there are a few Crossfire enabled boards that allowe you to crosssfire an onboard ATI card with a dedicated ATI card from the same series, but I havent heard anything like that for SLI. if they do, the onboard has to match the dedicated, so if you have a dedicated 8600 your going to have to have an integrated 8600 video card. But even then, I havent seen any motherboards that support this. to be sure, what kind of motherboard do you have?

Media Center: Motherboard: Gigabyte mp61p-S3, Processor: AMD Athlon 64 x2 6000+, Memory: 6 gigs Patriot DDR2 800, Video: Saphire 4850, Storage: 500 gig Hitachi, PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 550 watt modular PSU, OS: Windows 7 Ultimate.

Just to clarify, to run dual 8600s in SLI you need a motherboard with 2 PCI express x16 slots and two nvidia 8600s.
