BleepingComputer.com: Ntl Netguard Installer

Well i'll try to keep this short. Whenever I right click a program the Ntl Netguard installer starts installing Ntl. I think this was probably caused by me when I ran MBAM's file assasin and took out all the NTL files. This was because I ran the uninstaller but that didn't remove anything. Ran the uninstaller again and it still hasn't delete ntl Netguard. This time though it stalled when "Loading personal settings" and there was some beeping from the computer.

Apparently the solution is to go into Safe Mode and delete all ntl Netguard folders/files manually. I'd appreciate some feedback before I do as i've never gone into Safe Mode before .

I think i'll wait for some opinions on this before I boot into Safe Mode. The thing is it auto runs so my primary fear (im not that good at this aspect of I.T) is that it's going to keep trying to run, when nothing is there causing my PC to crash - got the idea when SAS can't go into safe mode but keeps trying to (never happend to me but read it).

UPDATE : Revo Uninstaller can't uninstall it either! I think everytime I uninstall it it reinstalls on reboot (I see a message showing ntl installer).
