Sound gone when opening a website

Hi. Out of the blue, the clicking sound you hear when opening up a new webpage, has went away. I know this isn't a real big deal, :huh: but I'd rather have that than not, and I'm curious as to why it just quite working. I have all other sounds working, it's just that one small sound you hear when going to a new website. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it back? Thanks!
