Okay, so the windows key im using isnt genuine. So when I try to change my key, I open the Windows Activation, I go to 'Yes, let's activate Windows over the internet now', it gets stuck on this screen:

When I click 'Next', nothing happens. When I click 'Back', nothing happens.

So Then I have to reopen the Windows Activation to try to change it through 'Yes, I want to telephone a customer service representative to activate windows', and it just gets stuck on the next screen again:

When I hit 'Change Product Key', nothing happens. When I click 'Remind Me Later', nothing happens. When I click 'Next', nothing happens.

Is there something Im doing wrong, or is this windows?...Again..
I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP3
