Mediatickets Annoyance with Mediatickets

Have an annoyance with mediatickets taking over when IE starts up it puts its address in address bar ( www.mediatickets.t35.com/main.html) then prompts for us to install. Closing gets rid of it but it reappears everytime when getting on the Internet. Are there any suggestions how this can be stopped. I have read the articles on mediatickets removal which relates to removing an installed version.
