Well, a couple of days ago I downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and cleaned my computer up some, but since then I haven't been able to play any of the games I've downloaded!

Games like Counterstrike, Conquer Online, Maplestory, Ragnorak, and GunZ.
All the login servers say it's a network problem, but my net works fine; as you can see me posting here.

Does anyone have experience with this sort of problem?

the programs you installed may be blocking the games see if you can go in the options and find a button or tab labelled exceptions, block list, etc. when you find it add your games into the exception list and try again

You may have inadvertently deleted login passwords or needed cookies. Can you provide the exact error message you are receiving when you attempt to logon for one of the games?
Cheers,
John

I've checked the programs- and allowed the games as exceptions: no dice.

There are no error messages, just a "Cannot connect to server" or "Network Congestion" and more of the sort.

That is a weird problem for sure. I wonder if the spyware remover removed some crucial files for the games or windows. Did you set a restore point that you could back to? Also, it may be worth reinstalling one of the games such as counter-strike. Also, can you connect to steam?

I restored already, and reinstalled all games afterward with no luck- no, I cannot connect to steam.
