How to remove certain items off AutoRun list..

Whenever I place a USB 2.0 or a Flash device, I get the autorun screen. That is typically normal.. But however, I get applications from un-installed items that might not have uninstalled fully. They get annoying sometimes, I have to scroll down to get to options I want. Is there a way to change what appears on the list when I plug in USB Devices?

And yes, my OS is: Vista SP1

If you guys need an Example...

When I plug in my Flash Drive, I get the following programs come up:

Windows Media Player --> Music
iTunes ---> Music
Burn items onto Disk ---> Windows Explorer
Listen to Music ---> Nero Listen something something *Uninstalled item*
Burn music ---> Nero *Uninstalled*

How do I get the 2 Nero items off the list?
