i dunno what is going wrong but i just purchased a Asus laptop from bestbuy and i had to exchange the first one in the first three days of owning it cause they said it had and internal issue with the wireless card. the best buy page for my laptop can be found here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?sk...d=1218044029168 Now in 5 days the new one is also not working. I mainly use it for world of warcraft and shy away from browsing the internet heavily but it seems when i try to start it up it says
"WINDOWS FAILED TO LOAD A RECENT CHANGE IN HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE MIGHT BE THE CAUSE.
FILE: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\KDCOM.dll
STATUS: OXCOOOO221"

"WINDOWS FAILED TO LOAD BECAUSE THE KERNEL DEBUGGER DLL IS MISSING OR CORRUPT,"

i dont have a repair disk but i do have a recovery disk its just that i dont really want a computer if i cant store my stuff on it without worrying if its just gonna break again.
should i return it for my money?
is it a coincidence that i have had 2 break in a week?
what should i do with this thing?

As long as it's under warranty, send it back until you get one that works

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
