Network Printer Sharing my printer

Hi folks, i have a broadband internet connection and i have installed a router so my son can use his comp upstairs.

is there a was he can use my printer which i have conected to my comp down stairs.

i have no idea how to do it.

go to control panel --> Printers and faxes. Right-click on the printer and select sharing. Click on share this printer and put in a name. For your son to print, you need to add the printer to his list of printers. Right-click on the Printer and faxes folder and select Add printer. Click next in the dialog and select network printer on the next page. Click next again and select browse for a printer. The wizard should find your shared printer. Select it and click next to add it.
