services.exe trying to be a server?

hello. i have this zone alarm thing pop up when i start up my computer. and usually, the wife says, when she clicks deny, i cant access the internet, or connect to my router. is this something i should be worried about? or should i be allowing zonealarm to allow services.exe to act as a server?
